"You do know when it's time to eat dinner she is not going to eat?" said Brian as they walked to the vans.

AJ rolled his eyes and said, "Brian just let it go I'm not going to change my mind. I promised her ice cream and she is going to get ice cream. Can we please drop the subject."

"Fine, don't come complaining to me when she's diabetic or has to be but on a diet."

Why couldn't Brian just leave things alone, Howie thought to himself. He knew that AJ wasn't in a good mood but he had to go and start this.

Before AJ could say whatever smart-ass remark, he was going to say Howie cut him off.

"Brian we understand your concern but let us tell you that Alexanderia is no closer becoming a diabetic or fat from one ice cream before dinner. And Brian as her parents I think that we know what's best for her."

"I wasn't saying that you guys don't I was just reminding you, that's all."

"Now that, that's all cleared up can we get to the ice cream parlor because I want to take a quick nap before we perform tonight" said Kevin because he didn't want a fight before the show, that's all they need right now. There was enough to think about with everything else that was going on.

AJ got out the car and went in Ben & Jerry's with Marcus along with Nick and Kevin. Howie waited in the van with Alexanderia. AJ knew Brian wasn't going to come in for principle, he was okay with that.

Howie told AJ what kind of ice cream that he wanted and by now he knew what flavour of ice cream that Alexanderia liked.

The young girl behind the counter recognize who they were, she screamed "Oh my God it's the Backstreet Boys in my store."

They were glad they happened to be the only ones in there besides the other people working behind the counter.

"Yeah hi, can I have two scoops of chunky monkey, two scoops of cookie dough and one scoop of Vanilla ice cream" said AJ.

"Of course anything that you guys want" and the young girl when to getting AJ's order. While two other servers serve Kevin and Nick.

"So where are Brian and Howie?" asked the girl.

"Oh they decided not to come in so I'm ordering for them instead."

"Okay cool, well that comes to $6.50."

AJ gave the girl ten dollars and told her "keep the change" and him, Kevin and Nick gave the servers their autographs and they headed back to the vans.

AJ thought 'I knew it would be a good thing that Brian didn't come in, that explains my two extra ice cream.'

AJ got in the van and gave Howie and Alexanderia their ice cream and the driver began to drive them to their hotel.

When they were two blocks away from the hotel Marcus began to fill Howie and AJ in on the plan on how to get Alexanderia into the hotel without the fans noticing.

"Okay this is Plan A, we have other plans just in case this one doesn't work because as you know this is the first time that we are trying this one out. We also have different ones for different situations..."

AJ cut Marcus off "can you just get to the point we are going to be there soon and still don't know what to do."

Being used to AJ and his ways for all these years Marcus rolled his eyes and looked at Howie and said, "I truly believe that you are a saint to have to live with him."

Howie laughed and said, "I wonder that myself."

AJ hit Howie, which cause Alexanderia to jump in her seat a little. Howie and AJ looked at each other as if to asked did you see that?

"As I was saying we're lucky because this hotel has underground parking but at some other hotels that we will be staying at will not. So we'll go through the underground parking I will get out first and check to see if there are any fans, if there aren't any then I will come back and we will take the service elevator up to the fourth floor to your guys room. Are there any questions?"

"What if there are fans?" asked Howie.

"The rest of the guys and security go over to the fans making sure that they are blocking their view and we head quickly to the service elevator. That's why we are taking the service elevator instead of the guest elevator only authorized personnel are allowed, so that cuts down on fans seeing you guys since they are separate ends of the parking garage and it's way in the back."

"This whole plan sounds like we are the CIA," said AJ.

"Well you have to act like you're in the CIA when you have fans like you guys have" said Marcus who turned around when they got to the hotel.

Alexanderia looked outside as she heard screaming and singing. Now why were these people screaming and singing. She saw posters of the guys and wonders how did all these people get all of these things with the guys' faces on them.

There plan work, now they were in their room safely and the fans haven't found out about Alexanderia yet. They felt bad that they had to go through all this trouble to hide Alexanderia but still felt that she wasn't ready to be put into the spotlight. Especially with her arm being broken.

AJ sat down on the bed watching Howie unpack their stuff.

"We should be heading to Mrs. Doubtfire's room soon," said Howie.

"Yeah I know but let's see if Alexanderia is going to say something about what happen. I mean maybe she will talk now since she is feeling better and Mrs. Doubtfire isn't around."

Howie sat on the bed next to AJ and he brought Alexanderia with him.

"Okay Alexanderia, sweetie we need to ask you some questions and we would really like if you could answer them. No one is going to hurt you and me and Papa will love you no matter what; okay?"

Alexanderia nodded her head and AJ looked at Howie took a deep breath and asked "last night when you broke your arm, how did it happen?"

Alexanderia looked at her arm then at AJ then to Howie and lowered her head.

Howie thought that maybe they should stick with yes and no questions. "Alexanderia did you fall when you broke your arm?"

Alexanderia nodded her head.

"Did you fall off of the couch?" asked AJ.

Alexanderia shook her head no.

"Did Mrs. Doubtfire make you fall?" asked AJ.

Alexanderia didn't do anything; she didn't know how to answer that question, so she didn't do anything.

"Alexanderia, sweetie if Mrs. Doubtfire hurt you we have to know so she won't do it again" said Howie.

Alexanderia began to cry and Howie hugged her to him. AJ got up and paced the room. While looking at Howie and Alexanderia so they learnt that Alexanderia's arm was broken by a fall but what kind of fall. AJ knelt in front of Howie and he spoke very softly to Alexanderia "shh, shh don't cry sweetie you didn't do anything wrong and no ones going to hurt." AJ held out his arms for Alexanderia to come to him and she did.

"See there is no reason to cry, now why don't you stop crying" said AJ and to his amazement Alexanderia did stop crying.

"Alexanderia sweetie, me and Daddy have to go see someone, so we are going to take you to Uncle Nick's room and you are going to hang out with him until we come back. Don't worried we won't be that long" said Howie.

He wasn't sure how she was going to react to this news she hasn't been alone with any off the guys before. The only person they left her alone with did God knows what to her.

Alexanderia had a smile on her face, she thought that she would have to go with Mrs. Doubtfire but instead she got go with Nick. She liked Nick he made her laughed, played with her and gave her candy.

AJ and Howie took this smile as a good sign and they each took one of Alexanderia's hands and they left the room.

Howie knocked on Nick's door, Nick opened it "hey Alexanderia, welcome to the house of fun" and he held out his hand for Alexanderia to take. She let go of Howie and AJ's hands and gave them each a hug before she took Nick's hand and walked into the room.

"Don't worry guys she'll be fine with me, now go so the fun can begin."

"Thanks" said Howie and AJ.

When AJ knocked on Mrs. Doubtfire's door with in seconds the door open. It causes Howie and AJ to take a step back.

"Mr. Dorough, Mr. McLean come on in," said Mrs. Doubtfire opening the door wide to allow them to enter the room.

They went to the living room of the suite "sit down please" said Mrs. Doubtfire.

AJ didn't like it, this woman was being way too nice to them she must have something to hide and he plan on finding out what the something is.

AJ and Howie sat on the couch and Mrs. Doubtfire sat across from them.

AJ decided to speak finish "Mrs. Doubtfire we wanted to see you because of the mystery surrounding Alexanderia's broken arm. Last night you seem to not know what happen but since we all have time to calm down. We would like to know what happen last night every detail."

Mrs. Doubtfire took a deep breath she been planning on what to say all day "well I put Alexanderia to bed around eight o'clock and then I went into my room. At around midnight I would say I heard crying but I didn't think anything of it. I mean if the child was crying because she missed you guys then she would just cry her herself back to sleep. That has been my experiences in such matters. But the crying didn't stop so I went out to see what happen and I saw the child holding her arm and it was twice as big as the left. As you know the child wouldn't let anyone touch it, so that's when I called Mr. Dorough."

AJ began to rub his temples and Howie began to rub AJ's back to calm AJ down because he felt the anger building inside of AJ.

"Come off it Mrs. Doubtfire do you really expect us to believe that story. Alexanderia said that she fell. How could Alexanderia have fallen without you knowing about it? Huh, tell me, tell me that!"

"I don't like your tone Mr. McLean and I will not answer your question in that tone."

This woman was getting on AJ's last nerve, he never thought about hitting a woman until now. Howie's rubbing his back was helping him a little to keep his temper in check but he wasn't sure how long it would last.

"Mrs. Doubtfire can you please tell us this, how could Alexanderia have fallen and you not know about it. I mean the walls of the bus are not sound proof and you could hear every little noise. We know because we made sure that it was made that way so something like this couldn't happen," said Howie.

Mrs. Doubtfire took a couple of deep breaths she didn't know that about the bus and she can't believe that Alexanderia said she has fallen, she wondered what else Alexanderia had told AJ and Howie.

Mrs. Doutfire thought that her best defense was to act dumb because if they had anything on her, they would have told her by now.

"Mr. Dorough my story stays the same I don't know how Alexanderia could have fallen, I'm sorry. But may I ask where the child is now?"

"That is none of your business. Fine you don't want to tell us what happen then you leave me with no choice Mrs. Doubtfire every time Alexanderia is with you, there will be a member of our security there as well. You are not to be alone with Alexanderia at all. Alexanderia is to be returned to us every night no matter what time we get in. Your pay will be cut in half since your duties are no longer the same. Are there any questions?"

Mrs. Doubtfire was shocked this had never happen to her before and she would not let this happen to her. 'Wait until I see that little brat, she will pay and so will he. Won't let me be alone with her. Ha, we'll see about that, I have my way' Mrs. Doubtfire thought to herself.

"In all my years as a Nanny this has never happen to me before and I think that these things are really uncalled for."

"Well Mrs. Doubtfire if you don't like it you can always quit," said AJ with a smile.

'I'm not going to give him the satisfaction' she thought. "No Mr. Dorough I will not quit because I haven't done anything wrong."

"Well good, if you don't have any question then I will tell you what will happen for the rest of the day. Alexanderia will be staying with us until 7pm then you will come pick her up from our dressing room. Where one of our security will be there as well and then you will sit in the audience."

This shocked Mrs. Doubtfire, she didn't think that she had to go to their concert too. AJ saw the shocked expression and gave a smile.

"Oh did I leave that little detailed out, I am sorry for that. After the show there will be a van waiting for you that will take you back to the hotel. Then you, the security and Alexanderia will wait outside our room until we arrived. Now have a good rest of the day and we will see you later. Come on Howie let's go," said AJ getting up and taking Howie's hand.

When they left the room Mrs. Doubtfire through the vase at the door. "We'll see AJ McLean we will see who will be smiling last."
