| Spectifications: These two robots are from my high school science fair in 2004. My science fair project consisted of these two robots that avoid light and evade obstacles by using micro switches for tactile collision detection which one being Herbie which built directly from a book titled "Junkbots, Bugbots and Bots on Wheels" by: Mark W. Tilden and Dave Krynkiw and the other robot Roach I designed the body and used Marks's circuit on this one but also made one alteration which is eyes. I named it roach because its a photophobic robot and roaches are scared of light. I was goin to add more to the behavior of the robot but I ran out of time. The behavior was going to be so the robot could pause all its behaviors once it found darkness but I never figured out a way to do it. Mabey I can add it later. These robots have two wheels each ( being the motor shafts ) and a dead led each for a prop on the front. Roach even looks like a roach because I printed and cut out a roach and then attached it to the body. | ||||||||||
