I've never been emotionally injured by word of mouth that was said directly to me. And about me. Sure, I've called people good and bad things. Hey, I've made a girl cry by telling a joke about a girl being a boy with the same name as her. She had this face I'll never forget. It looks like the kind of face that says "you brought me all the way to China to show me a splinter you got from a chopstick?" Then she cried. I laughed long and hard about it, but not to her face. That would just of been cruel. I probably could've but that would of made a lasting impression. I don't want a student to hate me. 90% of the teachers at my school hate me. My latest teacher was nice. She let us do fun stuff like the Wabash Cannonball. Well, I guess when your desperate that is fun. For all you non K-staters the Wabash Cannonball is a kind of a dance l'll call it. Everyother person starts forward and you line up. When the music gets to the right part the fronts go back by swaying there stomach. NOT by jumping. And the same for back people except they go forward. If the group does it right the people on either side of you are opposite. At the end of every time you go forward or back you clap. So for forward people it's back clap forward clap repeat. And vice versa for backs. This gets your heart pumping and gives your stomach a good workout after doing it 1:30 minutes straight. |
