Saying Goodbye
Written by: Daniel Stone
If I whisper in your ear, something really soft...
Would you disappear, would you shake it off?
Can I come with me, in your company...
or will you say okay and leave without Saying Goodbye?

Don't run away, I'm on my way.
I'll be there as soon as I can.
Don't wait to appreciate,
Tomorrow will come soon enough.

When I look in your eyes, there's something that I see.
Something deep inside, some kind of mystery.
I can hear your voice, speaking softly now.
Walking through the door and now you're Saying Goodbye.

Don't run away, I'm on my way.
I'll be there as soon as I can,
Don't wait to appreciate,
Tomorrow will come soon enough.

Take me through the steps, open up my eyes.
Help me find the truth, don't leave me blind.
I can feel your hands, tremble in my mind.
You slowly lost your grip, and left without saying goodbye.
