Mediumship is most commonly associated with the religion of Spiritualism. A religion that is has its roots based solely here in America during pre-Civil War Times and is closely tied in to the Women's Suffragate Movement. Mediumship is not solely related to the religion of Spiritualism. It covers many areas. Many of the topics discussed are located in the New Age, Religions, Spirituality, Personal Development or Self Help categories on your local book store shelves. So if you've read a really interesting book in one of these categories, want to share what you learned, just join us! Maybe you have some information you could teach us!

The Mediumship group is comprised of many walks, including newbies to old timers. Any of us may attempt to provide answers to your questions. We are all gathered to honor and enjoy each others company, no flaming is allowed. We consist of a diverse group of studies. We have members who practice Native American ways, European studies, New Age, Egyptian, Oriental practices, Spiritualism, Ascension, Alternative Healing Arts, and many other subjects.

We realize that we are all on our own individual paths, and all of those paths lead back to the same source. If you look at a tree, consider each branch as a path. Every branch on that tree goes to or from the trunk. Just as those branches are an extension of the trunk, so are we an extension of the source. We are all looking for our "trunk", and so we honor those choices each of has made. Because of these beliefs, we do not allow any flaming of anyones belief structures or choices. Although we do allow a hearty discussion on those beliefs or structures in the hopes of sharing, teaching or just allowing us to be.
