This price list is intended as a guide.

Single page web site �20. This can form the basis for future expansion.

Typical web site as described on the Web Design page including domain name, �60

Photograph processing to for web site use. Scanning, cropping, correcting tilt, adjusting size, reducing file size. �5.

Graphical logo based on text in a particular font, size and colour and against a background of colour, texture or image. �5.

Animated logo. �10.

Sound clip (supplied by customer on CD or cassette). �5 to �10.

High quality digital photography, sound recording and video can all be done. This will almost certainly involve travel to do the work, and will depend on the distance. Allow approx �10 per hour including travelling time.

Ordering Details

Depending on your requirements ordering can often be done by e-mail or phone. (Please do not send e-mail attachments without prior arrangement.)

File formats

These are the preferred file formats for data sent by e-mail or on computer disk.

• Text - Email, TXT, RTF, HTML.
• Photographs by e-mail - JPG
• Photographs on computer disk - JPG, Windows BMP.
• Other graphics where applicable - GIF.

Payment

Sites for Businesses and Organizations

For the biggest part of the design process we will be working in advance of your payment. However we normally require a small advance payment of �10 before we register the domain name. (This is deducted from the final balance). Or if you prefer, we can obtain the domain name after the site design and the final payment.

On receipt of the necessary information and site content we will begin the design of the site and continue to put the files on the web where you can see the progress of work.

The copyright of any graphics or other original work will become yours only after payment.

At some stage when the site has been substantially completed we will ask for payment. Minor adjustments will be done after this.

When payment has been made we will give you the passwords required for you to take complete ownership and be able to manage the site.

Sites for private individuals

Payment is required in advance, though we may provide some material prior to payment, to illustrate the proposed site design.

Methods of payment

By credit and debit card using PayPal. Ask for details. Simple instructions given.

By cheque sent by post.
