| As a teacher, I will need to be aware of the different pace at which each child learns. I will also need to use different learning methods to reach the individual students, and use my knowledge of each child to aid them in their development. I will also need to be aware of the social, personal, and intellectual developments of each individual student. My work at camp during summer when I was in high school will be invaluable in helping me to deal with students. During camp, I was forced to create new lessons, games and activities for both groups of scouts as well as individual scouts. These lessons should help me in teaching students in a high school setting. |
