| In order to become a competenent teacher I will need to understand the needs of each student and what their distinct learning styles are. I will need to be able to know the needs of each student in order to provide a meaningful learning experience. I will also need to maintain a certain level of knowledge of new technology in order to maintain a learning enviroment that is conducive to learning. I have some experience dealing with students, due to a summer job working at a summer camp for Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. I believe that this experience will be invaluable in aidding students in understanding what is neccasary to be an effective learner. |
