| Yesterday, Jim- my appeared in an event held in the traffic mus- eum, and rece- ived lots of att- ention from the children arou- nd. In Japan, he was just voted as one of the ten handsome men in Asia, and regarding to the rumours outside spreading that he had met an accident in Shanghai, he clarified, "It's true that my car flew into the fields, but I'm not injured and that's really very fortunate." He had spent quite a period of time last year in China racing. Yesterday, he displayed his nine throphies, which includes seven champions, one first runner up and one second runner up. He expressed that this year, other than focusing on car racing, he'll focus more on filming as well. As idol dramas are very popular in China, 'Yang Guang Sha Tan' (Sunny Beach) would start filming in May and he would be working with Korean actor, Bu Long He. 'Sunny Beach' is the first idol drama directed by swordfighting director Li Hui Min, with collabora- tion with China and Korea. With Jimmy's trademark shown, Kor- ean and Southeast Asian mark- ets are rushing for it. He said that in this drama, he'll be acting as a sport athlete, and because of the drama, 'Dong Ji Lian Ge' (Winter Love Song), Korean actor Bu Long He raised in popularity. Jim- my believes that there will surely be a good chemistry during the co-operation between them both. Currently, Jimmy has joined Chi- na's professional racing team and there will be 25 races assig- ned to him, which includes races in Malaysia, Korea, Australia and China. He's slightly worried as when filming, he would have to fly from the south hemisphere to the north hemisphere, and would take up a lot of time. He said that with modern films, he need not put on ancient wigs anymore as this year, he'll be film- ing in modern dramas, relaxed and cool. Also, lately, Jimmy is having trou- ble with the growth of his wisdom teeth. He said laughingly, "My wisdom tooth is more trouble- some as it grows from the side. Today, it's very painful, actually the pain is there for a few days already. I actually wanted to get it extracted but I'm afraid that it will swell and interfere in my upcom- ing race. Moreover my friends make me nervous with their description, saying that a surgery is required where the tooth will be crushed, removed and then sew the wound up. | Now, popular idol dr- amas in Taiwan has brought along many new young idols, but many veteran artistes felt that these new idols can't really act and idols in the past are better. Director C- hu Yan Ping who's p- reparing for his new movie, 'Shao Lin Xian Shi VS Tao Xue Da Di' (literal translation as Shaolin Master VS King of Truancy), has plans in inviting Jim- my, Nicky and Alec to star in it, but for the three of them, their schedules are very tight and Chu said th- at to bring new life to the Taiwan movie sc- ene, it'll be worth wa- iting. | Being in this line for exactly 10 years, Jimmy was appoin- ted by China owned motor- bike manufacturer to shoot a commercial, but the filming process was very tough, and made him felt frustrated. Jimmy's outstanding profes- sional racing results attract- ed a China-owned motorbike company's attention and offe- red a 7-digits sum in HK$, inviting him to be the label's spokesperson and film a ve- ry special advertisement. In the start of the commercial, Jimmy appeared in a formal business suit, standing be- side the motorbike, with a mobile phone in his hand, looking like a capable office worker.
