General meetings are held the last Monday of each month at 10 a.m. at a local church in Macungie, PA. At the general meeting, children's rooms are available to occupy the kids during the business portion of the meeting. It is the choice of the mom and the children whether or not to utilize the children's rooms. The rooms are supervised by volunteer members and a craft is provided in the room for the older children.
The business portion of the meeting begins at 10:15 a.m. and usually lasts approximately 1/2 hour. There is time for socializing and signing up for activities both before and after the business portion.
Potential members are welcome to attend our general meeting, but we ask that only dues-paid members attend the other club activities. You are welcome to attend two general meetings before deciding to join. |
