Master Brewer, Head Taster and Chief Bottle Washer.
That would be Me, Myself and I.
Mac's Brewery began in April 1999. The brewery is totally home built, a great learning curve for anybody who is not in the engineering field and does not have a reasonable comprehension of plumbing (valves, piping & attachments). I've learnt quite a few tricks since starting with the brewery (some the hard way). I now have the satisfaction of bearing the fruits (or should I say the beers) of the completed brewery.
Thanks to all the people and fellow brewers who took the time to help and advise me on the technical and brewing concepts, as they have assisted me in brewing good quality beers.
