The Whitman Human Resources Center Staff has a goal to bring students up to grade level in language arts by increasing services.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Tutor 20-40 children in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.
Increase their reading level by a minimum of one grade level.
