Biography

Stewart Maclennan has experience performing at benefit concerts and providing music in various venues across Edinburgh such as the
Royal Botanic Gardens, The Edinburgh Society of Musicians, Henderson's Cafe, The Forest, The English Speaking Society, Unitarian Church, Cramond Church, Colinton Parish Church,  The European Room at Edinburgh City Chambers, Cluny Lodge Care Home, Marcliffe at Pitfodels (Aberdeen), Malleny Gardens (National Trust for Scotland), Balmoral Hotel (Order of St. Lazareth 2003/2004 Ball), and T.G.I. Fridays.  His repertoire includes arrangements of classics from composers such as Debussy, Bach, The Beatles, Vivaldi, Chopin, Satie, Pachelbel and other works originally composed for the guitar.

He also performs his own arrangements of
Traditional Ballads of Scotland for classical guitar, which includes Road to the Isles, Flow Gently Sweet Afton, Highland Cradle Song, Will Ye No Come Back Again?, Loch Lomond, and other favorites.
