Chief's visit to the U.S.A.
Lorne Gillean Iain Maclaine 26th Chief of the Clan Gillean of Lochbuie and Feudal Baron of Moy was in Atlanta as an Honoured Guest for the October 2000 Stone Mountain Games. Marraige Of Chief's Daughter
Lorne Gillean and Sandra Maclaine of Lochbuie are pleased to announce the marraige of their daughter, Robyn Vanessa, to Major Duncan Capps of the Royal Logistical Corps. They were wed on Sept. 23 at the Chapel at St. Mary's College in Durban, RSA, the reception followed at the Durban Country Club.
Major Capps is a graduate of Sandhurst, presently stationed in Andover. He has served in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Cyprus and Germany. He is Captain of the British Army K-1 and K-2 Canoe Team. Robyn is an account executive with Price Waterhouse. They will live in the house they recently purchased in the west of London.

Lorne and Sandy's son, Angus Maclaine of Lochbuie, Yr., is happily living in London, and has worked his way up to Sales Manager for the "Mandate" magazine, published by the Financial Times. He makes frequent business trips to Germany, Hong Kong, and Zurich, meeting with corporate executives of the top financial institutions.
