~lava~{K}'s sister finally found her at MacLaaran after nine months of searching. abby and her mother kate had hidden in the basement of the Hampton village tavern and managed to escape into the woods unharmed after the raid. They headed for Athelhampton as soon as kate felt the raiders were gone and it was safe. kate had just arranged for anna, lava's real name, to work there the day of the vicious raid. They were not surprised to find the mansion also burned to the ground. They went over the remains of Athelhampton and realized there was no grave for their sister anna amoung those of Lord and Lady Athel and the other servant, Alice.
They followed the trail North, often losing track of them, but eventually wound up in a small village named Gaspard. kate found a job for them both as serving maids in the tavern there. That was the last trace of anna, and a man named Kyle. The tavern owner, a short, stocky man with beady eyes said they had last been seen heading back to the old haunted Gaspard Castle, then just disappeared. abby continued to make short trips periodically trying to pick up their trail.
It was on her most recent trip that she stumbled on MacLaaran Village and heard of a man named Sir Kyle lived in the nearby castle with a servant wench named lava. This lead to them reuniting and abby now works at lava's Coffee Shoppe.
