The dance will take place on a specific date and time. Each couple will make their intentions to enter known through Email to the Host of the event. This allows scheduling and time allowances.

Each couple can use written descriptions of their dance or possibly use avatars that will illustrate some of their motions. In order to be in theme, the dance chosen should be from Our medieval time period. That information is available on various websites.

The appointed Judges will be grading on the following criteria:

1. Appearance
2. Use of Theme
3. Presentation

Each criteria will be given a numerical grade from 1-100, 100 being the best. The Judges' scores will be added together, the highest total will be the Winner.
