History {Timeline}

1293 ~Born,some month early, in N. Scotland, a weak and frail child. Unwanted by both parents, he was abandoned in the forests. Raised by a she~wolf and her pack

1298, Winter,Outskirts of Aberdeen ~Hones skills as a thief for his pack, who were starving. Pack "attacks" villagers...two of the wolves die

1302, Spring,Outskirts of Aberdeen ~First actual Human interaction, with a lass of the village, Gwen MacBann, who was of same age. The two became fast friends.

1302, Winter~ Gwen dies from apparent fever. The town drives back Sionnach and the pack. Sionn panics and flees to the nearest seaport, becoming a stowaway on a merchant ship "The Celtic Cross", bound for the Moorish city of Barcelona ..a roughly 2,000 mile trip. He was caught though, but the Captain, a kindly old Irishman on his Final Voyage, had mercy, letting him stay aboard.

1303, Same Winter ~Arrives in Barcelona. Staying there the winter, homeless and a thief, stealing food as needed.

1303 to 1309,Spring ~Travels slowly East, ending up near Nice, France. Is apprehended by local guards while attempting to gain food. Is sentenced to the gallows by the local law: Comte {Count} Mordichai Belfontaine. Luckily, Belfontaine has a daughter, Kathryn, who begs Sionn's life. After about an hour of talks, he is set free, to work his punishment as a servant to the Belfontaines

1309, Fall ~After nearly six months of service, Kathryn and Sionn have a healthy and friendly bond. Such grows romantically ~and seemingly overnight~ and at Kathryn's request the two are married, which causes major scandal around Southern France, and great shame to her Father, who was not invited to the wedding.
Sionn is known as "Le Monsieur Homme~Garou",or Mr. Wolf~Man.

1309, Fall to 1310,Fall ~Soon after the marriage, Mordichai flies into a rage. He denies Sionnach have anything to do with his daughter, and locks him in a unused room.. He is taught the Arts and Sciences, how to read, write, and speak in multiple languages, and formal etiquette. The punishment for failure is always physical. He is allowed only four hours sleep a day ~always a varying tymes ~and a meager one meal a day

1310, Fall ~Nearly a week before the Year Anniversary, Mordichai and Sionnach fly into an argument. At first such is only verbal, but then Mordichai pushes to push. Kathryn hears the arguement, and goes to investigate. Once she sees such turning to the worse, she tries to stand between the men, and is forced aside by her Father, hitting her head on a nearby wooden table, then slumps to the floor
She is dead..having broken her neck.
Sionnach flies into a rage, and kills Mordichai. Realizing he has no home, and that the guards will be looking for him he flees, heading again East. Is met by a traveler ~A Persian~ in one of the many towns he visits in Greece. Though the villagers do not like the Persian, Sionnach shares food with him
Persian vows to repay his debt,and says to travel East..to Istanbul.

1312, Summer ~Arrives in Istanbul/Constantinople, Turkey. Some month later, finally meets with the Persian he met before, who introduces self as Nadir al~Isra. Nadir ~a bodyguard to one of the many Amirs{Princes} of Persia~ offers Sionnach work, masquerading as his most honoured servant, who was a prisoner of war.
Thus Sionn learns much, and forms a friendship with Nadir and his family.

1312 to 1320 ~Is the loyal "servant" of Nadir and his family. During said tyme Nadir teaches of the lands further to the East, and of the culture of his people. He also teaches Sionnach how to defend himself, in both armed and unarmed styles. The two become "brothers".

1320, Spring~Sionn,homesick,decides to visit his homeland, Scotland. Nadir gives him what he needs for the voyage, and sends him on his way, with the promise that they will keep in touch, and that Sionn will return. Promise made, he leaves on his journey home

1321 ~Arrives back in his homeland, making home in the woods near Loch MacLaaran. Approaching the Castle on winter's night, is befriended by a few of the locals, including one Lady Bella. These particular two become fast friends, well on their way to something more...tyme shall tell.

1322 ~Becomes a Citizen of MacLaaran
