We believe it is important to provide an opportunity to bring
together families who face challenges of Autism and related developmental
disorders. CampEmerge focuses on the strengths of individuals and families.
Parents, siblings, as well as the afflicted individual, need
to share their common experiences, their hopes and dreams, and to
find support for the special challenges faced througthout the year.
We believe
that families need the support of one another as well as the support of their
communities, demonstrated through the efforts of our volunteers and sponsers.
| The puzzle pattern of this ribbon reflects the mystery and complexity of autism. The different colors and shapes represent the diversity of the people and families living with this disorder.
