Mackenzie Chadwick (she/her/hers) is a graphic designer and illustrator studying the Graphic Design and Media Arts program at Southern New Hampshire University; she is expected to graduate with a BFA in June 2022.

Throughout my experience with SNHU, I've found branding to be one of the most satisfying aspects of graphic design. Starting with nothing, yet being able to create unique designs that visualize the mission and personality of a client is very fulfilling. Another aspect of design I enjoy is taking existing visual themes and building off of them to create new materials for clients. The design programs I have the most experience with are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; I have also worked with Adobe InDesign and Adobe XD.

Illustration has always been an outlet for me to have fun, release stress and connect with others. After going through a period of not sketching as often, my current goal is to draw more frequently again. Some illustration goals I currently have are to focus less on bust drawings (drawings that only show a character's face/shoulders) and experiment more with posing, perspective and storytelling.
