Meet
Chef Angela
My love for all things culinary started before I could even
talk. My mother opened the doors of the kitchen cabinets and allowed me
to crawl inside to bang together the pots and pans while she prepared the
family’s meals. I grew up helping my mother and grandmothers prepare
home cooked meals. I’ve always enjoyed
planning meals and events, creating new recipes, and presenting delicious food
for everyone’s enjoyment. I decided to pursue my passion of
cooking by starting a Personal Chef Service, Amuse Bouche. I am a member of the American Personal &
Private Chef Association, receiving training at L’Academie
de Cuisine Culinary Institute in Gaithersburg, MD. I love what I do; my greatest pleasure is introducing new
and tasteful foods for “Amuse Bouche”.
