When "surfing" the web I frequently use (the annotations that look like algebra are memory prompts on how to use some of the search engines):

I sometimes use a free web-based email system which allows me greater flexibility in accessing email from other locations. Contact me on one of the above addresses for my third email address.

I have also downloaded ICQ from Mirabilis. My ICQ# is 18135039 but I rarely use it now.
