Maciej
Kossowski's singing career begun with the most popular
rock/big-beat group in Poland "Czerwono-Czarni," ( "The
Red Blacks" ) in early 60s.
He performed approximately three thousand shows in Poland,
Germany, Greece, Czechoslovakia, former USSR, Canada
and USA. It is estimated that 5.000.000 people saw his
live performances and on more then ten occasions he
sung to as many as two hundred fifty
thousand people in outdoor performances. Since 1967
he continued as a solo recording artist producing hit
songs for the state owned labels Muza and Pronit.
