You see all that I am,
all of my joys
and sorrows,
my triumphs
and my shames,
my gifts
and my cares,
my hopes
and my fears,
my thoughts
and my feelings.
I am totally naked
before your eyes
like I have been
with no one before.
I am stripped away
of necessary facades.
I am left only
with my own soul
to bear,
no frills,
no thrills,
no gimics.
I am only me
and you love me
just the same.
