She grew
from nowhere,
from everywhere,
from Herself,
from mother,
from daughter,
from creation,
all one,
all connected.
And when She
breathed, the winds
began to rustle
and the waters
flowed free and
the stars twinkled
along side the
brighly glowing moon
and the sun
broke through the
clouds of existence
and brought day.
And when She stepped
into the nourishing waters,
the land broke through
the waves and the
trees and the flowers
began to grow and
blossom into a painting
of Her own face.
And when She placed Her
hand upon her sacred Womb,
all the life held within
Her began to swim in
Her waters and then rise
up out of the ocean
to dance in the fields.
And when She laughed from Her
swollen belly, all of Her creations
began to laugh along with Her
in the sounds which raised up
to give a voice to life.
And when She looked down at all
that She had created from Her will,
She smiled and all of life took
in a part of Her magnificant soul
and claimed it as their very own.
And so the circle of life began...
