Notes:

* measured for 1 CNC station with 8-axes simultaneous motion.  MACHINEMATE can also run nearly unlimited Blocks/Sec for a short duration of time (based on the NC part program content).

A – analog drives; S – SERCOS drives. Additional I/O modules are available in 24i/16o increments (24VDC). The Sercos control also comes with 24i/16o on a separate connector so its standard I/O count is more than the standard I/O count for an analog control (of the same model). Analog I/O modules are also available.

The term CNC Station is synonymous with CNC Channel.

Number of CNC Stations = the number of independent iterator paths (i.e., the number of simultaneous machine part programs in the machine; if each machine ‘head’ runs its own part program then each is a separate station).

Neither Econo model (MM1 or MM3) should be used with the Visualizer product or other features that require substantially more CPU performance without a CPU upgrade.

The 12.1” color flat TFT display viewable screen is equivalent to a 14” CRT display.
