I took this bear the last night of my hunt. I was able to videotape this boar climbing the ladder to my treestand, then fighting with a sow right out in front of my stand. He ran about 35 yards and piled up. He was a 5' 10" boar with a really nice thick coat. Not the huge boar I'd seen twice but he made a super nice head mount. |

I videotaped this 6 footer for over four hours mauling a beaver. The following night I harvested him on video. He had a very thick coat but he also had a rub spot about the size of your hand right behind his front shoulder. Didn't matter as he was destined to be a head mount anyways. Ran 45 yards and let out a awesome death moan. |

I took both of these bears while predator calling in Northeastern WA. The one on the right is my very first bear, a 300 lb sow that was tooth ages at 15 1/2 years old. The bear on the left was taken the following year. Both bears were shot at 15 yards and 13 yards respectively. Predator calling is VERY exciting. |
