Jack Dalton (Bruce McGill) is one of MacGyver's old friends. At times it may be hard to know when Jack's telling the truth or making up a story, but he has one major fault - his left eye twitches when he lies!
Jack is the one always trying to come up with some quick moneymaking scheme. From everything from looking for gold in a river bed to getting thrown in jail to work in a mine (there was a lot of money hidden in the mine), Jack would always be looking for the easy way out.
Aside from his get rich quick ideas, Jack also been self-employed in many businesses. He's had a cab business, Dalton Air, and Jack-Be-Quick Messenger Service, to name a few.
