After graduation, I spent a year in Israel on a leadership training program. Upon my return, I attended the Univ. of Texas at Austin for 1 yr before transferring to Purdue University where I graduated in 1994. I then became well traveled spending time in Austin, New Hampshire, back to Austin, then a 2 yr stint in Dallas, and the last 4 ½ years in Houston. I was married in Dec of 2000 and recently received my MBA in marketing from the University of Houston.  I now live in Plano where my wife has joined a medical practice.

 

Current job: Unemployed. Quit my job with the Houston Airport System to follow my wife to Plano. However the job prospects have been less than stellar so it’s been a slow process. I have decided to get my Internet web page design certification to keep myself busy and build on my skills.

Kids:  Not yet but plan to in the future.

 

Pets:  Not yet but plan to in the future.

 

Not actively playing my instrument, but I try to attend Purdue University’s Alumni band reunions when they are held (every two years). I would like to get involved with a community band in the Dallas area.

 

Comments about how participating in the Mac Band program influenced your life:  Taught me hard work and the value of teamwork.  Met good friends.

Most favorite Mac Band memory:   The win over Reagan HS. The Aaron Copland show that won Alternate at the Marching Band Competition.
