Greeting and Response Report
Greetings all,
I've enjoyed hearing from all of you. As of last night [October 8], we now have 71 people who have responded. The Class of 1976 is leading with 12 replies. A huge thank-you goes out to Theresa Dawson Hitt, class of 1976, for her help in supplying contact information sources and information about the latest generation of Mac Band alumni. Also, thanks to everyone who has helped in informing others and everyone who has offered to help in various ways.
Web Site Update
During September, several additions and changes were made to the Web site, including the addition of a tote board where you can see how many Mac band alumni from each graduating class have checked in, an alumni directory/update page, and a directors page. I've also added a discussion board at the Delphi Forums Web site - there's a link on the Mac Band Alumni Web site that will take you there (if you want to post, you'll need to send me an E-mail so I can do the first part of setup). If you haven't visited since the end of August, you might want to check it out.
I'm planning to add a tote board that includes names, but I will not publish your name on it unless you give me permission. If you would like your name to appear, please let me know via E-mail response.
Summer 2004 Reunion
The main focus at the moment is the November 2003 reunion, but I've received so much feedback about doing something next summer that I would like to start planning for that as well. Consider the following options and let me know your answers.
Date
I would consider attending a reunion in June 2004. OR
I would consider attending a reunion in July 2004 (July 4th week is OK). OR
I would consider atttending a reunion in July 2004 (NOT July 4th week).
Event Type
What types of events would you like to see included?
All-day into evening family event (e.g. park picnic, rental of ranch/camp that includes an indoor facility) OR
Day time family event plus adult event in the evening OR
Give me your ideas.
Accommodations and Travel
I'm interested in a group rate at a local hotel. [respond only if your answer is yes]

November 2003 Reunion
The reunion is planned for the weekend of November 7 - 9, 2003. I've already heard from three people who got out those instruments and started practicing - ! I need to start getting some numbers together so I can set up game tickets, places to meet, etc. I'm still taking ideas for where to meet after the Friday night game or on Saturday (plus any other ideas you might have). If you are planning to attend, please let me know your answers to the following as soon as you can:
