| May 13, 2006 On May 19, 2006, the Mac Attack's very own "Stevie" will make her stage debut as Starless Skye at the most well-known Stevie Nicks tribute event, Night of a Thousand Stevies. The 16th annual NOTS will rock the Knitting Factory this year from 10 pm to 4 am, and Starless will perform as one of six "virgins" among a set of 30 total performers. Tickets are $20 and are nearly sold out. Visit www.mothernyc.com/stevie for more... June 3, 2005 Please join us on Thursday, July 14 as DC9 welcomes us "with open arms" to the club of verifiable rock and roll bands. The Mac Attack will be performing, as a full band, all of its best hits, accompanied by a nostalgia-filled DJ set of classic 70s rock from Fleetwood Mac's heyday. See the shows page for more info. March 11, 2005 There's a new video clip up on our media page! See Lindsey and Stevie entertain wine tasters at a recent show at Best Cellars in Dupont Circle. Thanks to Marty for setting it up and to everyone who came out! Photos from the show will be up soon. Dec. 13, 2004 We apologize to anyone who attended Friday's holiday party at Whitlow's on Wilson in the hopes of seeing the Attack and were disappointed to learn that the band had been kicked out before they even set up. Lindsey gave into his little demon for what we hope will be the last time. Please contact us at [email protected] to find out the details of our next venue. Lindsey issued the following statement regarding the incident: "Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has to fight for the right choice. I fought and I fought, but I made the wrong choice, the wrong decision. All I can do is learn from it and work to fight for the right choice in the future. Deepest apologies to all." Nov. 12 The Mac Attack is currently working on its debut album, "A Very Mac Attack Christmas," slated for release on Sauce Records. Stay tuned for more details. |
