1801 Aug. 4, Rockingham Co., N.C., Will Book, p. 57 - Unrecorded will of JAMES KIRK. Left all of his estate to his wife, Mary, unless she marry then all to be equally divided among all his children, the one she is now with to share equally also (no names mentioned).
