  • MD renews order every 24 hours

 

Patient Care

  • Trial release and re-restraint allowed within 24 HOUR period
  • Assessment Every ONE HOUR
  • Restraints release at 2 HOURS for PROM

 

Documentation Requirements

  • Document care provided and monitoring Q1Hour on restraint flow sheet
  • Restraint progress note on initiation of restraints
  • Complete restraint flow sheet with D/C of restraints
