Communications Disaster Disruption of telecommunications affecting hospital operations
Hazardous Material Exposure Chemical and/or biological agents are released or spilled in the environment
Water/Vacuum Loss Disruption of hospital's water supply to extent that patient care is affected
Doctor Black Report or discovery of an explosive device
Doctor Comfort Disruption of heat, ventilation or air conditioning jeopardizing patient care
Doctor Gas Disruption of medical gas jeopardizing patient care
Doctor Green Hazardous materials emergency
Doctor Hold Hostage situation
Doctor Lift Disruption of elevator to the extent that patent care is affected
Doctor Orange Epidemiological crisis in the Health system or the community at large
Doctor Pink suspected or actual abduction of newborn or child patient
Doctor Power Failure of normal electrical power
Doctor Red Fire emergency or smoke (This is the most common call)
