The potion that I have perfected is the one that Goratrix was working on, it is the very same one that made Tremere a vampire. I took the notes and many samples from Goratrix's lab and spent many many years working on it. I am the only one that has access to it. It is locked away in a safe place that no one can get to, no matter how hard one tries, they will never get it with out my permission.
I have developed many versions of the potion, each one grants the taker certain levels of power. These varations as well as the main one are locked away with in the Sanctuary.
Main version grants the taker the power equalivent to a 4th gen
(can learn Paganism up to level 10)
Second version grants the taker the poewr equalivent to a 5th gen
(can learn Paganism up to level 9)
Third version grants the taker the power equalivent to a 6th gen
(can learn Paganism up to level 8)
Fourth version grants the taker the power equalivent to a 7th gen
(can learn Paganism up to level 7)
Fifth version grants the taker the power equalivent to a 8th gen
(can learn Paganism up to level 6)
These are the only versions that have been created at this point. If a person is given the fifth version of the potion then they become like a 8th gen vampire with the power level max of 5 and a blood pool of 20, when they are given the fourth version they can move up one level in power up to the max of 6 and their blood pool also increases. Now, just like it states on the Meta's pages, if the taker goes longer then one month with out taking it again, they will lose all benefits of the potion and will revert back to what they were before they took it for the first time. No matter how long they have been taking it. They also loose all ability to cast Pagan Magic as well. Since this is a benefit of the potion.
If a mortal has used this potion to extend their life beyond the normal, and is above 100 years of age and does not take the potion again and reverts back to mortal. They will feel the effects of their true age with in one day and will die. This goes the same with any other creature that has used this potion to live longer then they normally do.

The exact ingredients of the potion and all the notes are kept locked away from every one except the Ard-Ri. Only he has access to them. And if by chance the potion falls into the wrong hands, the contents are imposible to duplicate no matter how extinsive the labratory is or how long they study it.

Since Paganism is not a vampiric power, they do not have to be 3rd gen to use level 10, they just must have the age requirments. So this is not God Moding at all.
