About Me

That's me. Not the best depiction of me, but you get what you see. CAll me J.C, call me "Macabre Visions" call me "Jerk who doesn't know crap" I'll respond to almost all of those. This site is dedicated to killing time, avoiding reality, and also for publishing stories of fiction. As of right now, most of the stories here, are by me.

I'm 18 years old, live with my parents in the hole in the wall town known as Ruston,LA. I've been writing for as long as I can remember. I've recently discovred my "style" I guess you could say. By reading The Bondage, you will see my morbid vision at it's peak.
My only flaw is that I can never seem to finish somthing I start. I've completed some short stories, but they are horribly written, and very random at times. And if I have failed to mention, I'm J.C

Interest:
  • Favorite Books:
  • Catcher In the Rye-J.D Salinger-Best book ever written.
  • Stephen King's Apt Pupil-A great story featured in Diffrent Seasons.
  • Baldur's Gate-I never really got into the game, but this book was pretty damn good.
  • Bruce Coville's Books Of...series-a collection of short story anthology books i.e Book of Monsters, Book of Nightmares ect.
  • Fear Hall-R.L. Stine-As a kid I was a big Goosebump fan, and later read a few of Robert's more mature books, this one sticks out in my mind.
  • 1984 George Orwell-A great classic and must read for almost anyone.
  • Farenheit 451 Ray Bradbury-Ray is one of the greatest writers of his time in my opinion, and this is one of his best novels. I also liked his short shorty, i think it was called "The Rain Still Comes".
  • Resident Evil series S.D Perry-I know I'm lame, but i couldn't help read the books based on one of the greatest games ever made(atleast the first and second ones were) If you want an action packed story with some tragedy and heart-feeling moments, read these. I would include The Hobbit, but the funny thing is, I haven't even finished reading that book yet.

    Personality

Most people think I'm weird, insane, and even damn right hatefull. It just depends on what mood I'm in. I'm sure we can all be a little weird, insane, and hatefull at times. Though, I have done things most people would not consider normal. But what is normal? What the rest of society says? is there really a standard for what normalcy is? I can be a pretty laid back guy, and most the time I am. I don't bother people unless they bother me. If they bother me, they usualy regret it, i'm not one to forget things. I can hold grudges forever, just because I can care less who is and who isn't my friend. I seem like a jerk, don't I? Well, you can think that if you like, makes no diffrence to me. I'm an introvert to the core. I hate crowds, i hate being near people, and i can't stand being in groups or teams. I hate sports of all type, and prefer to stay indoors. I spend most of my time writting. Whether it be on a story, an essay, poem or online role-playing. I'm big into role-playing. It's the greatest form of escapism out there. You hate your life, just start role-playing, makes things a litte better. If I'm not writting, I'm reading, or playing a video game-although I'm not that great at the latter. I've recently become EverCrack-addict. Also known as EverQuest(MMORPG;massive multiplayer online role play game) Kind of like a virtual world-like I said, I'm into escapism. I also enjoy strategy games and such. In the future I plan to attent a local college, and major in Psychology and Minor in English. I will probably become a psychologist/coneslor and write books on the side. I've had my own experiences with psychologist, and feel that I could do the same myself. My writting...well i just hope I can get a book or two published. As long as i don't end up like one of those writters of fantasy books....exactly you can't think of any off the top of your head can you?
What Has Inspired Me Inspiration can come from almost anything. Sometimes I hear a song, or just music and I think of a storyline to fit the mood of the sound. Sometimes visions just come to me like a wild dream. Other times I use personal-real life experience for my inspirations. I guess people can get their inspirations from all sorts of things around them. You just gotta find what inspires you.

Sincerely, Ray J.C. currently known as Night Prayer at FictionPress.net.
