SCOTTISH CRANACHAN 4tbs oatmeal 1/2 Pint of Cream 1 cup/ 8 oz Fresh Raspberries 2tsp Honey to sweeten (if desired) Toast Oatmeal Lightly and then Whip the Cream (not too stiff) Fold Rasperries,Oatmeal & Cream together and add honey to taste. Serve in a Glass Dish and top with remaining Raspberries & Oatmeal.. |
