First, you have to register on the forum. If you are new user, you will see a text on the upper left side of the page like this:

Clik the Register text to register a new account. If you are a registered member, click Log In.

Once you enter on this site, you will see this category. The category is so literal that it doesn't need expalanation on what would be in that topic. Each topic forum consist of diffrent threads that are related to each other. For example, lets go to the topic "High School Memories". In order to do that, click it from the main page and a new page will appear. It will display all the available threads on that topic. In this case, it will display like this:

High School Memories
- Usapang Beauty Queen
- Wardrobe Mistress
- Anong di mo makakalimutang nagawa....
- High School Love Teams
- Anong Activity sa High School ang Gusto mo?
- Sinong best friend mo doon?
- Sinong Crush mo nung high school?
- etc....

You can click the desired topic that you want to view. For example, you click the thread "Sinong best friend mo doon?". A new page will appear displaying all the members posts about the topic. Only 20 posts can be displayed in a page so some posts may not be displayed. Listed on top of the page is the number of pages that the thread has. You can click that numbers to browse other pages. On the upper and lower right side of the page, you can see three buttons labeled "Add Reply", "New Topic" and "New Poll". If you want to reply or post message on this thread, click the Add Reply Button. Another page will then appear having a textbox where you can type the message that you want to post on the thread. After typing the message you will find the "Add Reply" button on the bottom of the textbox. Clik that and you will see that your post is added on the thread.

On every posts, a detailed description of the person who posted teh message is listed like the username, picture, rank, IP address and other details. On the message you posted, there are three buttons on the upper right side of the message namely "Edit", "Report" and "Quote". When you clik that the procedure is the same as posting a new message.

After Posting and you want to go to the main page, there's a text above the page like this

The Mabini Academy -> All About Mabini -> High School Memories

Click the "The Mabini Academy" if you want to go to the main page. If you want to browse the topic under All About Mabini category, click the link.

The procedure on posting and replying to every posts is the same. Repeat the same procedure as explained above.
