This chapter defines the principle of seven as it exists in various aspects of reality. First Mind and Thought defines the 7 heavens or aspects of thoughts. Then matter is defined having seven Stages as well as seven planes.
Basically all things created on the 7 days of creation is broken down into seven including elements, plants, minerals, food, animal, and the cosmos - microcosm as well as macrocosm. The Seven Colors will be shown here to give some innerstanding on this principle.

This shows that light includes reflectivity, transparency, and illumination as basic "colors", which is not defined as such anywhere else. After this the seven planes of English or the seven parts of speech are defined. Then finally each part of speech is also broken down into seven planes. Healing through the seven planes of material is also defined in this chapter.
