March 10, 1825, Jesse Jackson and Sally his wife, Manning Brookshire
and Betsy his wife, Eziekel McCarty and Betsy his wife, John MATHERLY
and Patsy his wife, Skyler KING and Malinda his wife, Anna Tyre,
Elijah Morgason and Celia his wife, John Abney and Matilda his wife,
to Nancy McCarty and Ira McCarty and Milly his wife, and Jemima
McCarty, for consideration of a division between heirs of James
McCarty deceased, for Nancy McCarty to have as long as she lives,
until her death. (1/2 to Ira & Milly McCarty and to Jemima McCarty,
parcel of land on Calloway Creek containing 65 acres.) [Book D, page

received $100 from Robert Breckinridge and Charlton Hunt of Fayette
County, for 60 acres on Red River, survey for Thomas Bell 16 Dec.
1826, land adjoining Bayley S. Walters and Richard Stevens. [Book D,
page 316]

wife, John Abner (Abney Jr.) and Matilda his wife, Mansion Brookshire
and Elizabeth his wife, Skyler KING and Malinda his wife, Jesse
Jackson and Sally his wife, Anna Tyra heirs and legal representatives
of James McCarty deceased. to Fielding Griggs for $400, a tract of
land decended as heirs of James McCarty, being same deeded by Clem
Griggs on 28 Dec 1819. Understood we conveyed Chilton Allen's claim,
(also understood that Daniel LOWE and wife conveyed the rights they
received from John MATHERLY and wife, Elijah Morgason and Celia his
wife. Note: This was written by Robert Clark and confusing, that
deed was signed Daniel LOWE and Delia LOWE. [Book E, page 81]

Howard County, Missouri, to Jesse Jackson and Sally his wife, Skyler
KING and Lucy his wife, John Abney and Matilda his wife, Elijah
Morgason and Celia his wife, John MATHERLY and Patsy his wife, Merion
Brookshire and Elizabeth his wife, John Hubbard and Amey his wife,
William Risen and Jemina his wife, Ira McCarty and Ezekiel McCarty,
heirs of James McCarty, for $150, Irvine town Lot #24, adjoining the
Public Square. [Book E, Page 387]

Elijah Morgison and Celia his wife, John MATHERLY and Patsy his wife,
to Daniel LOW, all of the counties of Clark, Madison and Estill,
received $102.75, our rights and title, as decended to us as two heirs
of James McCarty deceased, land on Calloway Creek, conveyed to McCarty
by Clem Griggs 28 Dec 1819. [Book E, page 408]
