Lovell. This has not been proven.

Sometime between June 27,1870 and Feb. 28, 1872 Priscilla moved to
Taylor Co., Iowa
I think she moved in with Alatha and Jebez Moore.
1990 TAYLOR COUNTY HISTORY: "Bryant H. & Martha came to Taylor
County about 1855, joining his brother and sister-in law, Elihu and
Morning Ann Read Baker, who had come before them. They traveled by
wagon from Tennessee to settle first in Davis Co., Ia about 1853 and
then about 1855 to Taylor County, Iowa.

Albert Baker's note has Prissila as a Tipton.
Also, they have her being married again, but this I am not sure of,
since there is no place in any of the census that mentions her name
being anything but Baker. (WBK)
From Richard Nix:
Lovell Baker, in the 1850 Agricultural Census, the 12 Division, Cass
County, Ga. Line 19.
Gives the value of his farming implements and machinery at $3.00. One
horse, one milk cow, one catle of other kind, and twenty three swine.
The value of his livestock was $66.00.
He had 400 bushels of indian corn, ten bushels of irish potatoes,
fifty bushels of sweet potatoes and fourteen pounds of butter. The
value of home made mabufacture was $12.00 and the value of slaughtered
animals was $18.00
Priscilla Baker, in the 1860 Agricultural Census, in the 1041 G.M.D.,
Cass county, Ga, line 15.
Owned two milk cows and ten swine valued at $50.00
20 bushels of wheat, 200 bushels of indian corn, 25 bushels of sweet
potatoes and 100 pounds of butter. She also had 15 gallons of
molasses and 25 pounds of honey. The value of home made manufacture
was $20.00 and the value of slaughtered animals was $70.00.
