GENERAL RULES

1. No alcoholic beverages - DRINKERS will not be allowed to pull
2. One hand needs to be on steering wheel and other hand on some part of machine at all times
3. All machines must have rear fenders
4. All machines must have operating brakes
5. No turbo's, nitro's, no alcohol are allowed in any class
6. Drivers must be in controll of machine at all times
7. All weights listed per class include the weight of the driver ( You cannot be over the allowed weight in any class)
8. Your machine must meet all safety rules after the first pull
9. No tire chains or studs in the tires are allowed in any class
10. Single rear wheels on all machines (No duals allowed)
11. No hot rodding or unsafe driving with your machine
12. All pullers are subject to be weighed immediately after completing a pull
13. All weights must be securely fastened to the machine, if you have weight bars that are straight up, the weights need to come to the top of the bar
14. Drivers and machine must be at pull site one hour prior to scheduled time (To make things operate in a timely manner)
15. Driver must be on or with their machine before the scales in line or you will be skipped and not allowed to pull
16. Drivers must attend a drivers meeting before every pull
17. Every machine can only pull once (2 drivers cannot pull the same machine) with the exception of the kids class to the 0-13h.p. garden tractor class this can be the same tractor
18. ALL DISPUTES IN WRITING will be settled the same day as disputed but they will be discussed after the pull is over, Not in the middle of the track, so not to shame the club
19. Tech inspectors will have the final say on safety equipment and weights at the time the machine is weighed in
20. The hook person is responsible for the driver and machine to meet all safety requirements. All protest to be brought up to the hook person not the driver. If the hook person overlooks something the driver will not be disqualified
21. If your tractor is broken, it has to be driven out to the track under it's own power, pull the chain tight, and attempt to pull the sled in order to receive last place points, Unable to do so, no points will be given
22. In order to have a class we need two (2) or more machines to pull. If less than two (2) you will only get five (5) hook points
23. If the first 3 machines consecutively go out the end, the sled will be changed and the class will be started over again
24. You can switch your motor from a 0-13 hp to a 14-20 hp as long as the tech inspector says you are ok to do so. You need to be weighted in and ready to go when your class is up to pull

TRACK RULES

1. No changing weights on your machine on the track
2. One pull per machine unless you're the first puller
3. Only one hook in a pull-off (You cannot stop before the 50ft. Line and restart in a pull-off)
4. One restart will be allowed if sled is stopped before the 50ft. Line (This rule does not apply to a pull-off situation)
5. Machines will cross scales and be inspected while lined up/hitch height will be checked at this time
6. If any part of your machine goes over the line OR touches the line, you will be disqualified (You will receive last place points in that class and if 2 people go out of bounds, you will split last place points)
7. Anything falling off the machine will result in disqualification
8. First puller in each class has the option to turn down their first pull, and come back in third or last position
9. No person is to run down the side of the track when machine is pulling - except in the 8-10 yr old class - 1 person will be allowed to walk along side the tractor
10. If breakage on your machine occurs, you can drop to last position, and you will have 2 minutes after last puller to pull
11. The flag people and sled operator will have the final say at the time of the pull
12. Track will be 250ft. In length and 16ft. In width
13. No looking down at your tires and no looking back when you are pulling. PULLERS MUST LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD AT ALL TIMES
14. If kill switch is pulled at all on track - driver is not to touch it at all - the track official will determine the results
15. In a pull off, when a floating finish is being used, when you pass the full pull mark you still need to stay within the imaginary white lines or you will be disqualified

STOCK ATV'S & 4X4

1. Weights: Must be securely fastened:
No changing weights on track
Must be equally distributed, so not to make the front end light
Weight bars to be horizontal (No vertical bars)
2. ATV aftermarket tires only max. rim size 10 inches
3. Wheelie-bars must be stationary and are mandatory for members
4. Rear gear may be no more than 15 teeth more than factory stock (showroom stock rear sprocket)
5. HITCH HEIGHT: 14 inches off the ground, top of ring, center point of clevis
4X4 only 16 inches
8 inches behind centerline of rear axle max, and NO farther
Forward than centerline of the axle
Opening in hitch to be at least 1 « inches
6. EXHAUST: 4-stroke (after-market allowed)
2-stroke (after-market silencer allowed) stock exspansion chamber
7. Must have complete air box
8. No engine work (except boring)
9. Bike must appear stoke to Tech inspectors
10. Must wear a helmet, long pants and leather work boots 6" or higher and goggles/safety glasses
11. Driver must 12 years of age - with parental authorization or older to pull
12. All ATV driver's must on the seat , you cannot sit on the gas tank ( if on the tank you will be disqualified
13. Hitch can be NO farther forward than centerline of rear axle
14. Driver must be on or with their ATV before the scales in line-up for their class (If driver is not on or with their ATV they will be skipped and not allowed to pull)
15. 4-wheel drive machines must have wheelie-bars and a kill switch
16. 4-WHEEL ONLY - No weights beyond farthest point of front tire. Stock ATV weights cannot exceed 7 feet of centerline of rear axle, 2 feet behind centerline of rear axle, and 12 inches outside of rear tires
17. Both hands must be on handlebars at all times
18. Driver must look forward when pulling (No looking down at your tires or looking back)

GARDEN TRACTOR
0-13 HP Kids Class..........................900lbs.
0-13 HP Garden Tractors.................1100lbs.
14-20 HP Garden Tractors...............1200lbs.

1. Must be 8 years old to pull in the Kids 0-13hp class
2. Must be 11 years old to pull in the 0-13hp class
3. Must be 12 years old to pull in the 14-20hp class
4. Hitch height: To be no more than 13 inches off the ground and no more than 18 inches in back from centerline of the rear axle
5. Hitch must be solid: 1 1/4 inch opening
6. NO BALL HITCHES
7. Rim size in 0-13 HP................12 inches
14-20 HP..............16 inches
(No matter what type of tire)
8. Must have stationary wheelie-bars and kill switch (After the machine has pulled once)
9. Weights cannot exceed 7 ft. forward of centerline of rear axle, 2 ft. behind centerline of rear axle, and 12 inches outside of rear tires
10. All weights must be securely fastened - and cannot effect the safe operation of the tractor or the safety of the driver
11. Tractor must a standard factory equipped tractor with a factory rear-end (Positive traction ans welded rear-ends are approved)
12. Carburetors - MUST BE FACTORY EQUIPMENT. Can have an electric fuel pump, but it has to be connected into the kill switch
13. All factory shielding must be in place and around belts
14. One driver per tractor and driver must stay seated when pulling
15. Driver must wear a helmet, long pants and leather work boots 6" or higher and goggles/safety glasses
16. Driver must be on or with their tractor before the scales in line-up for their class (If the driver is not on or with their tractor they will be skipped and not allowed to pull)
17. Driver must have both hands hanging on to some part of the tractor at all times
18. No jumping of classes
19. Driver must look forward when pulling (No looking down at your tires or looking back)
20. Skid plates or wheels ( center of wheels) are to be no less than 5 inches behind the rear most point of the rear tires and not more than 6 inches off the ground
21. Tractors must have a factory/commercial made seat
22. Tractors can have foot pedals, straight pipes, retractable throttle cables and oversize air breathers
