Digital Images...
Here are a few things that were created digitally.  Some of these things were made for the digital imaging classes I took during high school and some of these things that I have made at home.  Some of these images were scans from printouts so they don't appear as clear as the originals do.
This particular piece was made for my digital imaging class my Junior year.  I created  it as an advertisement for a car dealership.  I titled this one "Flash Back with a Twist."  My teacher really liked this one because he said "it brought back memories!"
Here is another piece that was created my Junior year.  This one was created as a montage of mostly internet pictures and some scanned images.  This one is simlpy titled "Art."  I used Photoshop to put this together and it took a lot of time to do.  It seemed like I just kept adding little things here and there to make it look better.  I was very satisfied with it when I was done and I ended up with 30 some layers.

If you've looked at my other art pages you might recognize this picture.  This started as a pencil drawing and I had scanned it into my computer to post on my art page.  Then I got the idea that it would look cool colored, so using mostly airbrushing I colored my clown in and this is what I came up with.  I really like it and I had fun working on it.  I simply call this one 'The Colored Sad Clown'

Here is an image that I created during my senior year of high school.  I drew this entire image by hand using Photoshop.  I used a grid system to set up the patchwork blocks in the backgroud and I used the pen tool to draw the hearts, butterflies, and flowers.  The text that runs around the outside reads, 'Life's a patchwork quilt made from bits and pieces of joy and sadness, sewen together with love.'
Here is a poster that I made for our dorm house.  I found a copy of the old WWII poster of Rosie the Riveter on the internet and gave it a face lift.  I changed the text on the top to include the name of our house and then I made Rosie a little more modern.  Look closely and see if you can spot everything that I changed...Did you find them all?  There are seven changes in all - I added a tattoo, a watch, a ring, a nose stud, an earing, an eyebrow ring, and the N on the collar of her shirt.
Here is a little somthing I created just for fun.  I took a picture I had of us three girls together and got rid of the background.  I then layed in a soft airbrushed look behind us and then I altered our hair just a little bit.  I think we all look good with our hair styled like that!
