Charms, Brews, & Incense for the Home
To Protect Your Home
This page is under construction. When it is up & running it will contain my
favourite recipes for all manners of household protection magicks. In the meantime, here are a couple to get you started:
PROTECTION BREW�:
1 T. Rue
2 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Vetivert
1 tsp. Hyssop
1 tsp. Mistletoe
Instructions:
- Grind and mix herbs
- Heat 2 cups of water to boiling
- Empower herbal mixture to provide a safe, secure home and place herbs in a
non-metallic bowl (earthenware or glass is preferable to plastic)
- Pour boiling water over the herbs
- Cover bowl and steep for 13 minutes
- Strain through cheesecloth
- Starting with the front door and moving deosil through the house, use an invoking pentagram to anoint each window and door in your home
- Pour leftover brew down the drains.
EIGHT-FOLD HEARTH INCENSE for a safe, loving home�:
2 tsp. Dragon's Blood
2 tsp. Myrrh
� tsp. Rosemary
� tsp. Orange Peel
� tsp. Rose Petals
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and burn over self-igniting charcoal (This is made especially for smouldering incense. It is available at occult supply stores and some health food stores); do NOT use charcoal briquets meant for barbeques!!!!
