A Proud Woman Sings Out

BBW - Big Beautiful Woman- Is what I am. To some it means nothing, to some it is frightening, and still to others; threatening. Perhaps some feel ill towards us because they fear they will BECOME us�
And still others only hold us in contempt for what we are - BIG - with their snobbishly superior judgmental size 2 attitudes, their cowardly under-breath comments- � How can they let themselves go and look like that?�
To them I ask this: Look like WHAT???? Not YOU???? Is that our crime? Being different? Not being worshipers of the Gym God Exercise and the food God Diet?
Well you�ll receive NO apologies from THIS BBW!! For I am proud of this part of what I am. And I say this part because that, ladies and gentlemen, is just what it is - a PART of me; it is not all of what makes me��ME! Just as being skinny is not all of what makes you�you!
I am more than a large size. I am Funny and Witty, Clever and Curious. Sensitive and Flirtatious, Prideful and Caring. I am Artistic and Fanciful, Gullible and Cynical. I am Fearful of God, yet read my Horoscope. I am Average and Extraordinary. I am Predictable and Contradiction all in one. I am Love and Rebellion, Intense and Shallow, Loyal and Adventurous, Spontaneous and Feminine, Generous and Stubborn. I am a Dancer and a Movie Connoisseur. I am a Lipstick Fanatic and a Family Person. These are a few of the things that make me who I am.
The saying holds true; To know me is to love me anyway - and for those who would let size get in the way of getting to know ME, not the PERCEPTION of ME, I can only offer this bit of observation� Sucks to be YOU!!
Because I am PROUD to be ALL of the things that make me who I am and that INCLUDES being a BBW!
