plain flour 100g  butter oil 80g
eggs 4    vanilla  1tsp
sigar 100g

Yan (cut slice)  300g   sugar 80 to 100g
freshcream 300ml  Yam essence 1tsp
beat eggs and sugar till creamy add flour and oil bake for 30 mints
one layer cut into two, steam yam, mash beat and mix with sugar add 1tsp coconut cream 1 tsp yam essence add purple colour
sandwhich with cream and 2 slices of sponge
half cream and mashed yam to combine
and put like mountain and cover the next sponge and cover rest of cream.
