Tiramisu
Ingredients:
Butter oil  50g          Optima Flour   200g
Eggs         4              Water              50g
Essence   1/2 tsp      Chocolate Paste 1tsp

Topping
Fresh cream   250ml     Instant Coffee             2 tbs
Sugar             100g      Kahlua Coffee Liqueur 100ml
Egg Yolks        4          Mascarphone Cheese  250g
Water              3tbs      Gelatine                     10g
Method:
Combine eggs, flour and water and beat till stiff
Add chocolate paste, essence and oil, mix well
Bake for 30 mins at moderate heat (150c).

Boil loqueur, sugar and coffee till sugar dissolve, leave aside

Dessolve gelatine and water, add egg yolk  (opptional)
and mix with coffee mixture
Leave aside to cool

Whisk fresh cream and mix together with coffee liqueur
Spread on the layer cake, chill for 2 hours

Boil 50ml water + instant coffee 1tbs and 1 tsp of sugar brush on to cake
