| Conbine mincd seafood, red curry paste, egg yolk, kaffir lime leaves and basil. Add coconut milk a little bit at a time until the ingredients are moist. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and mix well. Prepare a pandanus basket. put the mouse on the basket and steam. steam about 15 mins. |
