Steamed Seafood Curry Mouse
for 1 portion
30g minced prawn
30g minces squid
40g minced fish
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbs egg yolk
1 1/2 tbs red curry paste
1 1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
whole  pandanus leave
basil, kaffir lime leaves
Conbine mincd seafood, red curry paste, egg yolk,
kaffir lime leaves and basil. Add coconut milk a little bit at a time until the ingredients are moist. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and mix well. Prepare a pandanus basket. put the mouse on the basket and steam. steam about 15 mins.
