Deep-Fried Fish Cake
for 1 portion
100g minced fish
1 tsp red curry paste
1 tsp egg yolk
1 tsp kaffir lime leaves
1 tsp sweet basil
finely chopped long bean
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
vegetable oil (soy bean)
sugar
Combine minced fish, curry paste, egg yolk, long bean, basil and kaffir lime loaves and mixed well.
Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce and comvine well. Pre-heat the oil and deep fry, serve with a sweet and sour cucumber sauce.
