| Deep-Fried Fish Cake |

| 100g minced fish 1 tsp red curry paste 1 tsp egg yolk 1 tsp kaffir lime leaves 1 tsp sweet basil finely chopped long bean 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp fish sauce vegetable oil (soy bean) sugar |
| Combine minced fish, curry paste, egg yolk, long bean, basil and kaffir lime loaves and mixed well. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce and comvine well. Pre-heat the oil and deep fry, serve with a sweet and sour cucumber sauce. |
