herbed coconut milk soup with chicken

80g sliced chicken  1-2 tsp sliced kaffir lime leaves
1 1/2 cup coconut milk   2-3 pieced hot chilli
1 1/2 cup chicken stpck   6 tsp fish sauce
1-2 tsp sliced lemon grass  3 tsp lime juice
1-2 tsp galanga (julian cut for soup)
mushrooms   sugar 1/2 tsp
bring the coconut milk and the chicken stock to a boil. add the
herbs, lemongrass, galanga, kaffir lime leaves and hot chilli.
add chicken and mushrooms, let it cook. season with fish sauce
and lime juice.
TOM YAM KUN
chinken stock 6  10 chilli oil paste
put herve in and mushroom and prawn in
6 tbs fish soup 3 tbs lime juice  1/2 sugar
chilli in finish.
