Tai-wan short cake
ingredients;
H/K flour  350g      milk powder  2tbs
icing sugar 150g      butter   120g
vanila essence 1/2 tbs  eggs 2
honey  2tbs   read bean paste 200g
baking soda 1/4tsp  almond powder 20g
1 mix butter, sugar, honey and eggs together
2 add flour soad and milk powder knead gently,
   leave for 15 minutes
3 read bean paste roll and wrap and put in fridge
   roll shape and shape by knife to diamond
    put on oil to tray and bake 180 to 200 5minuits
    before bake brush egg wash and drop egg york
    colure .
